What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require 24 hours advance notice. Using our JaneApp online booking system is the most convenient way to do so. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours, you will be charged in full for the session.

What is your cancellation policy when there is inclement weather?
Our 24-hour cancellation policy remains in effect during inclement weather unless public bus service is suspended. If buses are operating, we will remain open as scheduled.
Clients who are uncomfortable driving in snowy or hazardous conditions are responsible for monitoring weather forecasts and adjusting their appointments accordingly. To avoid the 24-hour late-cancellation fee, we strongly recommend rescheduling appointments well in advance when adverse weather is expected.

How long does a physiotherapy session last?
An assessment is 60 minutes and follow up appointments are 30 minutes.

Is this physio clinic only for athletes?
No, quite the opposite actually. While we are skilled at treating high level athletes, our vision is to take the same standard of treatment professional athletes receive and make it available to everyone. We custom tailor your rehabilitation program to your injury and abilities.

What do I bring for my physio appointment?
Comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and the area of injury is easily accessible for treatment. Shorts are ideal for any injuries involving the lower body.

Do you accept health insurance?
Yes, we accept all private plans and offer direct billing to 33 different insurers.

Can you fix [insert injury or condition]?
In short, yes. Our therapists have delivered thousands of sessions and have experience rehabilitating an array of injuries. People are often surprised at what we can fix.
